A demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of 10+ large-scale projects concurrently, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills, is essential. A proven track record of driving measurable value and positive relationships through partner acquisition, enablement, and retention is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills adaptable to partner needs.

Responsibilities

The Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing the intake and onboarding of partners into the marketplace, negotiating referral-based partnership agreements, and coordinating technical discussions between partners and internal product teams. This role involves developing and executing partnership project delivery from concept to completion, managing a portfolio of 8-12 partners including agreement scope, budget, and milestones, and providing proactive communication and support to partners. The manager will drive cross-departmental collaboration to eliminate blockers, identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities, track partnership health and performance through reporting, and create executive-level reports for senior leadership. Additionally, they will mentor junior partnership managers, continuously improve partnership processes, and represent the company at industry events.
