Requirements

Candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis, specifically within the financial services, software development, or a similar industry. Exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs/Slides are essential, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to discern patterns from complex data. Outstanding oral and written communication skills, energy, creativity, critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst I will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Revenue teams as part of a newly formed Content Strategy, Planning and Analysis team. They will build compelling and easy-to-understand charts and presentations in Powerpoint and/or Google presentations, and will contribute independently to extend data analysis to illustrate key data points, delivering actionable suggestions to improve or influence operational decision making.
