Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of ticketing experience, including proficiency with Ticketmaster platforms and personal access to a ticket printer and ticket stock. Experience managing on-site staff both in advance and on the day of the show is required. The ability to travel to and work from Angel Stadium from January 1, 2026, to February 22, 2026, is also necessary. Expertise in pulling ticketing reports for settlement and the ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, are essential skills.
The Box Office Manager will ensure the smooth operation of all events by working directly with Ticketmaster and managing onsite Ticketmaster staff. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between Feld and Ticketmaster for stadium events, building offers, adjusting inventory, and pulling all comp tickets. The manager will also hire and train on-site ticketing staff, serve as the on-site manager and day-of-show contact, and be responsible for box office settlement. Reclassifying ticket inventory when needed is also part of the role.
