Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role. A strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws, excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders are essential. Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software tools is required, and fluency in English is necessary.
The HR Business Partner will manage the complete onboarding and offboarding process for full-time employees, ensure the organization's adherence to local compliance and regulations, and facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees. This role also involves submitting regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting, and undertaking other assigned HR-related duties.
