Familiarity with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) is essential, as is the ability to manage employee requests for reasonable accommodations.
The HR Compliance Specialist will coordinate and manage employee requests for reasonable accommodations, ensuring adherence to the Americans With Disabilities Act. They will own and maintain a portfolio of global and regional people policies, partnering with Legal, People Business Partners, and stakeholders to update and publish changes regularly. This role also involves supporting and leading compliance-focused projects such as annual audits, policy rollouts, and system improvements, as well as coordinating the outside employment disclosure and review process, and maintaining documentation related to employment law and regulatory obligations.
