Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of customer usage data, monitoring and maintaining billing systems, and building automation tools for recurring billing tasks are also key duties. The role involves collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams to support custom billing requirements and accurate billing, revenue reporting, and customer inquiries.
