Responsibilities

The Bilingual Sales Development Representative will identify potential net-new accounts and engage with qualified accounts to convert them into meetings for the Account Executive sales team. This role involves outbound cold calling, handling inbound opportunities, and communicating the company's value proposition while answering questions. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, making outbound calls, following up with individuals promptly, stimulating interest in Huntress by focusing on its value, and identifying new accounts through research. Candidates will answer client questions with honesty and professionalism, improve cold calling skills and messaging tactics, complete tasks, respond to inbound inquiries promptly, and thoroughly document all interactions and prospecting efforts in the CRM. Collaboration with peers and management to achieve team success is also expected.
