Responsibilities

As a Referral Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting, enrolling, and matching referrals for doula care to doulas within the Pomelo Care doula network, educating clients on the benefits of doula care, conducting outbound calls and digital outreach to drive new client enrollments, documenting all incoming referrals and interactions in systems of record, matching clients with existing doulas, coordinating with health plan case managers and external healthcare providers to share updates on referrals, tracking, monitoring, and enrolling referrals, and managing inbound calls from potential clients and external partners to answer their questions and provide guidance.
