Responsibilities

The Benefits Associate, Operations will respond to employee and client queries regarding benefits via Zendesk and email, providing clear, empathetic, and informative support on topics such as plan details, enrollment, claims, and billing. They will escalate complex issues and collaborate with Benefits Specialists for resolution. Key duties include accurately handling benefits data, supporting enrollment and changes, assisting with invoice audits and data checks, maintaining invoice tracking datasets, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Payroll, Legal, Lifecycle, and Finance. The role also involves supporting audits and data quality reviews, tracking and escalating exceptions, maintaining internal documentation, and suggesting improvements to benefits FAQs or support articles.
