Candidates must have at least 5 years of HR Analyst experience, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, with multi-state experience, is required. Expertise in compensation management, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion are essential. Proficiency in UKG or similar HRIS and Google Suite is necessary, along with a bias for action and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
The HR Analyst will manage HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll) to ensure data integrity and accurate employee records, focusing on UKG. Responsibilities include developing and analyzing HR reports, metrics, and dashboards, and collecting HR data to support decision-making. The role involves conducting market research for competitive compensation programs, analyzing pay equity, and assisting in the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Additionally, the HR Analyst will manage the Leave of Absence process, facilitate change management, evaluate and implement scalable HR processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. This role will also partner with People Partners and the Benefits & Payroll Manager on various HR operations.
