Requirements

  • 1–3 Years of SaaS BDR Experience: Proven ability to book meetings with Mid-Market or Enterprise companies

  • Clear Communicator: Ability to communicate clearly in writing, on the phone, or over video

Responsibilities

  • Leading Outbound: Hiring your own team and being responsible for all outbound activities of the current and future team
  • Prospecting & Pipeline Generation: Take full ownership of outbound prospecting into Mid-Market and Enterprise Companies across the UK
  • Outbound Strategy: Craft outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate leads
  • Discovery & Qualification: Engage prospective customers to understand their challenges and identify fit with Stacks
  • Product Mastery: Quickly ramp up on the product and the month-end close space to confidently pitch the solution and communicate value
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with GTM to refine messaging, improve outreach strategy, and build a repeatable outbound motion
  • Growth Opportunity: Help shape the foundation of the outbound function as an early BDR hire
