Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercialization team to manage the full lifecycle of AT&T’s products and services
  • Foster innovation in go-to-market strategies and utilize data-driven decision-making to maximize revenue growth and expand market share
  • Implement go-to-market strategies: Supervise and guide the team in translating established strategies into actionable plans by leveraging market analysis to identify target segments, refine competitive positioning, and support revenue growth for new and existing offerings
  • Oversee the team’s ongoing monitoring and optimization of product and channel performance, providing direction on using data analytics, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic adjustments and improve outcomes
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the timely, on-budget launch of commercialization initiatives and strategic programs, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Act as the primary liaison to align business units, ensuring effective communication of insights and recommendations to senior leadership and supporting decision-making
  • Direct initiatives such as emerging market identification, incentive development, and distribution strategy coordination to expand market reach and optimize channels
  • Develop the organization’s philosophy, departmental strategies, and define long-term goals aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead large teams, directly supervising supervisors and senior staff
  • Play a significant part in cross-functional initiatives across AT&T
  • Influence decisions regarding hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates
  • Accountable for home internet migrations (copper to fiber, copper to AIA, AIA to fiber, voice to VOIP) and revenue and quality KPIs for internet (cancels, credit quality, speed, etc.) and converged growth and penetration
