Responsibilities

The Audience Development Manager will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining audiences across multiple digital touch points for assigned artists. This includes planning, executing, and reporting on audience development campaigns, developing and maintaining a consistent visual and communication style across digital properties, nurturing fan communities, and devising strategies for YouTube content and third-party creators. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create resonant content, optimizing digital touch points, pitching and partnering with digital platforms, and reporting on campaign performance and audience growth.
