Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in claims administration, insurance, legal, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims processing software is required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management and experience in a regulated industry are preferred.
The Claims Administrator will manage and process claims accurately and compliantly, acting as the primary liaison between internal departments, clients, and third-party vendors. Responsibilities include reviewing claims, investigating details, maintaining accurate records, communicating claim status, and escalating complex claims. The role also involves collaborating with various teams, assisting with audits and reporting, identifying process improvements, developing standard operating practices, and conducting loss analysis to support underwriting.
