Responsibilities

The Nike Athlete (Sales Associate) will serve and offer consumers a premium brand experience by utilizing their expertise in quality service and product knowledge. They will assist Leads and Coaches in training new employees, contribute to the smooth operation of various services such as operating the cash register, managing inventory, restocking products, and arranging displays, as well as recommending suitable products to achieve sales goals. They will leverage their knowledge of digital devices to connect online and in-store purchases and in-store services, inform consumers and colleagues about NIKE products and services, and continuously improve their knowledge through training and staying up-to-date on sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.
