Responsibilities

The Product Specialist will act as a product functionality expert in their supported domains, exploring relevant features and providing feedback on designs during development to address issues before they reach clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing client feedback on recent releases to provide sentiment, feedback, and issue insights, helping R&D respond quickly. The role involves defining playbooks for team functions to ensure consistency and accountability, and refining the release readiness process through retrospectives and iteration.
