Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience as an inside sales representative, call center customer service representative, or health coach, demonstrating effective communication skills including empathy and active listening, experience working with CRMs and customer service tools such as Insightly CRM and HubSpot, and the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work with attention to detail, as well as being a critical thinker capable of quickly absorbing new information and applying previous experiences. Experience in roles involving direct daily interactions with older adults is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, the primary responsibility is to conduct high volume outreach to new and existing members via phone, text, and email daily, aiming to increase enrollment and program completion rates, successfully completing over 100 outbound calls per day, enrolling 25% or more of connected leads, and ensuring that 25% or more of connected members take a class within one week of an engagement outreach, while maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher.
