Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
Demonstrated work ethic and capability to be a self-starter
Demonstrated experience working with top-tier clients, understanding their businesses and crafting technical solutions
Technical experience with leading MDM, Data Warehousing, ETL tools, and IPaaS platforms
Good understanding of CRM and marketing automation domains; proven experience with Salesforce platforms (beneficial)
Outstanding communication skills, particularly conveying technical concepts to clients and non-technical partners
Excellent quantitative skills and comfort with data exploration tools
Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end projects involving coordination of multiple resources and teams
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with commitment to root cause analysis
Ability to work under intense pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment
Ability to energize and lead a team of partner engineers

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales technical support for IQVIA's Orchestrated Analytics, focusing on data warehousing and MDM technology solutions
Demonstrate innovative SaaS solutions to showcase how clients can achieve business goals by transforming data into actionable insights
Provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to customers, understanding their business requirements and technology stack to maximize benefits from IQVIA products/services
Work with sales teams during the sales process to maximize benefits from IQVIA products/services
Provide technical input for bid proposals, projects, and technical documents; identify additional opportunities
Provide pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product presentations at customer sites
Own Proof of Concepts based on customer requirements, including rapid prototyping and product demos to demonstrate feasibility
Serve as the voice of the client and sales to Product and Engineering teams to capture feedback and drive initiatives
