Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated work ethic and capability to be a self-starter
  • Demonstrated experience working with top-tier clients, understanding their businesses and crafting technical solutions
  • Technical experience with leading MDM, Data Warehousing, ETL tools, and IPaaS platforms
  • Good understanding of CRM and marketing automation domains; proven experience with Salesforce platforms (beneficial)
  • Outstanding communication skills, particularly conveying technical concepts to clients and non-technical partners
  • Excellent quantitative skills and comfort with data exploration tools
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end projects involving coordination of multiple resources and teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with commitment to root cause analysis
  • Ability to work under intense pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to energize and lead a team of partner engineers

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for IQVIA's Orchestrated Analytics, focusing on data warehousing and MDM technology solutions
  • Demonstrate innovative SaaS solutions to showcase how clients can achieve business goals by transforming data into actionable insights
  • Provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to customers, understanding their business requirements and technology stack to maximize benefits from IQVIA products/services
  • Work with sales teams during the sales process to maximize benefits from IQVIA products/services
  • Provide technical input for bid proposals, projects, and technical documents; identify additional opportunities
  • Provide pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product presentations at customer sites
  • Own Proof of Concepts based on customer requirements, including rapid prototyping and product demos to demonstrate feasibility
  • Serve as the voice of the client and sales to Product and Engineering teams to capture feedback and drive initiatives
