Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support primarily for IQVIA's Incentive Compensation solution on the Orchestrated Analytics ecosystem (MDM, data warehousing, AI/ML, data visualization), with secondary support for solutions like Promotional Mix Modelling, Targeting Optimiser, and others
  • Demonstrate innovative SaaS solutions to show how clients can achieve business goals by transforming disparate data into actionable insights
  • Provide technical knowledge, advice, and support to customers, understanding their business requirements and technology stack to maximize benefits from IQVIA products/services
  • Work with sales teams during the sales process to maximize benefits from IQVIA products/services
  • Provide technical input for bid proposals, projects, and technical documents in the sales process, and identify additional opportunities
  • Provide pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product presentations at customer sites
  • Own Proof of Concepts based on customer requirements, including rapid prototyping and product demos to demonstrate feasibility
  • Act as voice of the client and sales back to Product and Engineering teams to capture feedback and ensure initiatives are executed
