Responsibilities

  • Deliver company’s annual goals and KPIs for respective geography, primarily accountable for one top Coke bottler and applicable BA regional support team
  • Drive best-in-class execution plans to achieve revenue and profit for the region
  • Serve as day-to-day point person for mid-senior level personnel at top bottler and additional mainstream Coke bottlers in the division
  • Negotiate with bottlers to align with key priorities, platform focuses, investments, tactics, and localized support plans while meeting divisional volume, profitability, consumer metrics, and market share goals
  • Lead field-based sales & marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional touch points in customer, commercial, marketing, and operations
  • Collaborate with DVP, commercial, marketing, and customer counterparts to create regional plans
  • Spearhead field leadership on performance for volume & revenue growth within region, focused on top Coke bottler
  • Influence executive leadership on strategic matters to maximize brand productivity
  • Participate and provide bottler input, insights, and expertise to shape annual company strategies and objectives
  • Ensure flawless execution of brand’s marketing plans and implementation of localized tactics for retail activation
  • Track, rank, and publish results, holding BA team and bottling partners accountable
  • Communicate and manage results with sales team and bottlers, merchandising successes, identifying gaps, and selling solutions
  • Prioritize brand’s key priorities for best-in-class execution
  • Support BA Operations/Supply Chain to align bottlers with logistics and inventory strategies
  • Co-develop & implement joint business plans with bottling system aligned with Company and Operating Unit plans
  • Sell-in annual Bottler Plans to define volume and spend budgets for all bottlers
