The Associate, People & Culture will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and transitions. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing company events and culture-building initiatives. Responsibilities also include drafting and distributing internal communications, managing HR systems and data accuracy, performing administrative tasks like I-9 verification and benefits administration, and identifying opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows.
