Responsibilities

  • Support the Orientation/Onboarding program for new hires
  • Manage onboarding and exit survey reporting
  • Troubleshoot time and attendance issues in Workday
  • Maintain and clean up the HR intranet
  • Track engagement budgets
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting support
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Support the LinkedIn Learning program
  • Administer the recognition platform
  • Manage reporting and follow-ups for new hire and annual compliance training program
  • Oversee reporting and follow-ups on the learning program
  • Triage daily help desk tickets
  • Conduct monthly HR audits
  • Reconcile monthly purchase orders (POs)
  • Reconcile weekly recruiting reports
  • Administer new hire and candidate satisfaction surveys
