At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in marketing-related roles (integrated marketing, media planning and management, brand marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, social media or live streaming operations, event planning, etc.)

Responsibilities
Formulate and execute channel marketing strategies and overall marketing plans for various sales channels
Explore innovative channel cooperation business models
Participate in planning and managing the sales channel marketing material/content hub (including strategy planning, material production management, channel extension review)
Maintain brand reputation and promote sales conversion
Deeply explore channel marketing opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies and plans for different channels, including media strategy and optimization, seasonal campaign implementation in sales channels, new product promotion, organization/coordination of exhibitions or offline activities, management of Disney IP and images in channels with related training
Develop marketing strategies for online/offline travel industry partners and business solutions/events (e.g., Disney Fairy Tale Weddings, youth programs, corporate meetings)
Collaborate with channel sales based on annual sales goals, consumer insights to create integrated marketing strategies, participate in campaign creative ideation, and lead execution
Leverage media placements and integrated marketing tools to drive sales conversion; assist in marketing data analysis and optimization
Understand channel attributes, leverage demographic features and marketing advantages to explore innovative business models and products/services for new revenue growth
Push seasonal activities and new product promotions in sales channels to enhance consumer experience
Assist marketing activities for business solutions and events departments (Disney weddings, youth activities, meetings, etc.)
Ensure correct use of Disney IP and images in channels, provide training, protect and reinforce the brand
Manage channel marketing budgets, usage processes, ROI effectively, optimize resources, and manage third-party suppliers
Collaborate closely with internal/external teams and management for timely communication to achieve goals
