Requirements
Candidates should possess a BS degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 5 years of Business Development experience, preferably in B2B sales within the eClinical technology or CRO sector. A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, clinical trials, and drug development is highly preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, expertise in solution development and execution, and proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite are essential. The ability to travel 50% of the time and communicate fluently in English is also required.
Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Strategic Solutions will identify, target, and secure new business through consultative sales activities, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
