Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of professional experience in a related field, with a willingness to coordinate and lead daily team activities and provide immediate supervision to direct reports, including assigning tasks, checking work, and maintaining schedules. They should also be willing to spend a portion of their time performing the work of those they supervise, and demonstrate a desire to grow their career as a manager, potentially building upon previous management experience.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Director, Global Tracking, the individual will act as a thought partner to clients, educating them about the tracking process and building lasting relationships. They will advise direct reports, share responsibility for their growth and development, lead project activities while achieving financial results, manage data collection, processing, tabulation, analysis, and reporting, translating complexity into compelling stories, and strategize at a high level alongside other Material business leaders. Additionally, they will influence and advise business decisions, learn and adapt to new technologies, and work with various teams including programming, design, data collection, marketing, and data science.
