The Associate Director, Partnerships Programs should have experience in designing and building partner program strategies to grow a network of partners. They need to be able to scale a diverse ecosystem of over 1,000 active partners through streamlined onboarding, enablement, and activation. Experience managing programmatic and digital enablement for strategic and long-tail partners, including affiliate programs, is required. The role also necessitates collaboration with stakeholders to create incentive programs, leveraging product marketing materials for partner content, and defining/managing key partner management processes. Experience managing partnership infrastructure like Partner Portals and payment systems, structuring engagement strategies with Partner Marketing, and ensuring accurate reporting with Partner Operations are also key requirements. Project management skills for strategic initiatives and experience managing a team of partner program professionals are essential.
The Associate Director, Partnerships Programs will work with the Global Head of Partnerships and Partner Channel Leads to design and build a Partner Program strategy. They will scale the partner ecosystem through onboarding, enablement, and activation, and manage digital enablement for strategic and long-tail partners to maximize engagement and pipeline development. This role involves creating incentive programs to increase partner productivity and revenue growth, producing content for partners aligned with company vision, and managing the lifecycle of partner relationships to optimize business outcomes. Additionally, they will manage the evolution and deployment of partnership infrastructure, structure engagement strategies with Partner Marketing, ensure accurate reporting and attribution with Partner Operations, drive project management of strategic initiatives, and manage a global team of partner program professionals.
