Candidates should have 8+ years of enablement experience, with a proven track record of leading enablement projects, ideally within SaaS or cloud technologies. A deep understanding of resell/channel sales models and partner ecosystems is essential, along with experience in learning platforms, content development processes, and partner training delivery. Proven ability to translate business goals into enablement strategy and action, exceptional leadership, project management, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate, influence, and get things done across functional domains are required. Candidates must also be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency.
The Channel Enablement, Sr. Manager will lead the development and execution of enablement programs for Snowflake's global resale partners, including VARs, Cloud Resellers, CSPs, and Strategic Technology Partnerships. This role involves designing training experiences to drive partner readiness, accelerate onboarding, and improve sales execution, as well as driving GTM, Technical, and Operational readiness across the global partner ecosystem. The manager will partner with internal and external teams to create, deliver, and promote coordinated, scalable training initiatives, and will measure and report on enablement effectiveness, partner engagement, and business impact, continuously optimizing the enablement strategy based on feedback, adoption, and changing business needs.
