Requirements

Candidates should have over 10 years of experience managing partnership engagement, development, and deployment, with a focus on executing high-level co-branded product requirements, product go-to-market strategy, commercial partnership strategy, UI/UX design strategy, and/or program/project management. They must be comfortable in large group settings, possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and have the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Familiarity with program management best practices and experience managing commercial partnerships in the consumer technology sector are required, with a PMP certification being preferred.

Responsibilities

The Program Management Lead will lead end-to-end management of partnership programs from contract execution to launch and performance tracking. They will develop and execute onboarding and operational workflows for partners, and collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align internal resources with partner needs. Responsibilities also include establishing KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partner success, supporting deal structuring and business case development, building scalable tools and processes to streamline operations, and ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations while proactively managing partnership risks. Additionally, they will lead conversations with internal and external leadership regarding timing and overall execution.
