Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Learning Design will lead a team of Learning Design Professionals responsible for onboarding new associates and advancing bite-sized learning initiatives. They will reimagine and modernize training methods, plan and execute education strategies, and design effective learning solutions. Responsibilities include leading content creators and training instructors, staying current on adult learning strategies and industry trends, collaborating with operational leaders to assess hiring needs and enhance associate skill sets, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing curricula and training materials, implementing hybrid training approaches, leveraging social media for learning engagement, providing guidance to facilitators, tracking program effectiveness, and presenting creative ideas to senior leadership.
