A portfolio showcasing work samples and approach, the ability to distill complex problems into clean solutions, and excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills are also necessary. A high level of initiative, a good sense of humor, and a "make it work" ethos are expected.
The Manager, Product Design, AI/ML will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. They will set clear goals and priorities, guide designers through the full product lifecycle, and provide feedback and career development. Responsibilities include ensuring effective collaboration with product managers and engineers, overseeing the team's use of Design Systems, and empowering the team to distill complex problems into actionable design goals. The role involves promoting knowledge sharing, delivering compelling presentations to executives, and representing the design team in leadership meetings.
