Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Waste or transportation industry experience is preferred.
The Associate Account Manager will maintain and retain relationships with existing customers by making proactive outbound calls and handling inbound calls for commercial and industrial waste services. Responsibilities include developing knowledge of company services and pricing, performing contractual re-signs, responding to cancellation requests, communicating with customers about pricing initiatives, utilizing Salesforce for daily activities, capturing customer emails, minimizing rate restrictions and credits, increasing customer penetration by selling additional products, and meeting regularly with the Sales Manager to review progress.
