Requirements

Candidates must have proven sales experience in the automotive or digital solutions industry, with 3-5+ years of sales experience preferred. A strong understanding of the automotive industry, digital solutions, digital lead management, and digital advertising trends is required, along with excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven retention and technical skills in supporting existing customers, relationship management skills, openness to feedback, and a passion for the automotive industry are essential. A driver's license and the ability to travel are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Associate Account Manager will drive revenue growth and meet acquisition, retention, and revenue targets by seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking. They will introduce Cars Commerce to prospects, nurture leads, and facilitate the proposal process, while also mastering and training dealers on the digital car dealership ecosystem and key performance indicators. Responsibilities include conducting monthly performance reviews, presenting upsell opportunities, building strong customer relationships, collaborating with customer support, updating the sales CRM daily, participating in sales and product sessions, preparing and delivering presentations, and attending industry events to network and promote services.
