Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Prior sales experience, preferably in medical or capital equipment, is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Windows-based programs like Word and Excel, along with CRM or Salesforce.com experience, is strongly preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and influence personnel from nurses to C-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

The Associate Account Executive will be responsible for revenue generation in an assigned territory, focusing on identifying and closing new business by selling a diverse line of medical diagnostic products to surgery centers, doctor's offices, and clinics. This role involves calling on current and prospective customers, partnering with internal teams to offer end-to-end solutions, and executing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, accurate forecasting, and opportunity generation. Responsibilities also include scheduling demos, applying business intelligence and sales analysis tools, and completing administrative tasks such as updating Salesforce.com.
