Responsibilities

The District Development Representative will drive business growth by identifying market expansion opportunities, targeting new customers within a specific market, and executing market development aspects of the commercial plans, in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Teams. They will serve as a credible market subject matter expert, conduct thorough market research, partner with Sales to develop strategies, facilitate communication between teams, collaborate with product management and marketing on launch plans, utilize product messaging, establish and maintain customer relationships, identify and develop sales leads, conduct surgeon visits, and provide sales tools and materials. Additionally, they will maintain strong communications with District Sales Manager and RVP, establish performance metrics, ensure compliance, and provide feedback for role improvement.
