The Associate Account Executive should have a strong understanding of Baxter's product portfolio and a belief in their value and quality. They must be comfortable interacting with healthcare professionals, building relationships, and establishing trust. The role requires the ability to influence decision-making through consulting and sales efforts, including presentations and discussions about CAM products and reports. An understanding of how to explain reports and assist physicians in their use for patient care is necessary. The candidate must also be able to develop effective routing to reach accounts based on prescribing levels and frequency needed to maintain business.
The Associate Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day interactions with select Bardy existing customers, focusing on protect and grow activities within assigned accounts. This includes ensuring accounts continue to prescribe the Bardy CAM patch at the same or higher rate and identifying and winning over new prescribers within established accounts to drive incremental growth. Responsibilities also include managing inventory for assigned accounts, ordering and auditing accounts regularly, and providing staff training through inservicing accounts on patch application and accurate use of BDX Connect. The role involves taking ownership of growing the business in the assigned existing customer base by selling the benefits of the CAM and keeping out competitors, as well as triaging issues to Customer Experience.
