Requirements

Responsibilities

The IBM Apptio One Technical Implementation Consultant will lead the end-to-end implementation of Apptio One solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. They will work directly with clients to understand their ITFM processes and pain points, providing expertise to ensure the successful adoption and integration of Apptio solutions, deliver training sessions, and provide documentation. The role also involves developing complex financial models, dashboards, and reports within Apptio One, troubleshooting technical issues, staying updated on the latest features, collaborating with project managers and IT teams, and identifying opportunities to optimize the platform and gather client feedback.
