Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience with Workday Reporting, or 6 years of experience with integration development, report building, technical consulting, requirements gathering, solution design, or Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience in a government setting. A strong understanding of core design principles, common data modeling and patterns, and project implementation methodology is necessary.
The Sr. Reporting Consultant will lead and project manage reporting workstreams, conduct discovery sessions to understand customer reporting needs, and design and implement reports to address complex requirements. They will also assist customers in testing reporting solutions, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and participate in internal initiatives and process improvement.
