Candidates must possess an active security clearance and at least 6 years of experience with complex integration technologies. A minimum of two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification are required. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customers on technical and business problems, acting as a technical lead on engagements, and experience architecting systems integrations are also necessary.
The Principal Technical Consultant will serve as the functional and technical expert, configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. Responsibilities include designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, developing solutions based on user requirements, and coordinating with other developers. The role involves ensuring best practices in integration processes, acting as an SME for complex integration and AI solution issues, debugging system errors, and analyzing instance configurations to support future customer needs. Experience with leveraging AI in work processes and implementing ServiceNow AI offerings like Virtual Agent, NLU, AI Search, and Generative AI is also a key part of this role.
