Requirements

Responsibilities

They will lead consultative discussions and demonstrations of Clio's AI-driven solutions, partner with Account Executives to influence buying decisions, and guide clients through AI adoption. Responsibilities include designing and defining high-impact pilots, acting as a trusted advisor to senior legal stakeholders, and helping customers navigate change management for AI transformation. The role also involves collaborating with marketing on content creation, serving as the Voice of the Customer to inform product and sales strategies, and staying informed about AI trends and legal technology innovations.
