The Legal Architect (Consultant) will engage with legal professionals at elite law firms and corporate legal departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for AI transformation. They will lead consultative discussions and demonstrations of Clio's AI-driven solutions, partner with Account Executives to understand client needs and influence buying decisions, and design high-impact technology pilots. The role involves defining pilot success criteria, acting as a trusted advisor to senior legal stakeholders, guiding customers through AI adoption and change management, and collaborating with the marketing team to create relevant content. Additionally, they will serve as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with product and sales teams, and staying informed about AI trends and legal technology innovations.
