Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and the ability to work autonomously are also required.
The Applications Administrator will manage user access and permissions across various applications, create and modify user accounts, and assist with password resets. They will perform basic application configuration tasks, respond to user queries and troubleshoot common issues, and escalate complex technical problems. Additionally, the role involves data management tasks such as importing and exporting data, maintaining data integrity, generating reports on application usage, and assisting with data analysis and documentation.
