Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für Softwarekomponenten in den Betriebsumgebungen der Kunden
  • Installation, technischer Support und Konfiguration der Softwareprodukte
  • Selbstständige Analyse von Supportanfragen und Änderungswünschen unterschiedlicher Dringlichkeit und Komplexität
  • Wartung von Softwareprodukt-Releases
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produkte und Prozesse zusammen mit den Prozesseigentümern
  • Enger Austausch mit Service Managern, Softwareentwicklern und Projektmanagern
  • Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLAs für mehrere Systemlandschaften
  • Dokumentation der implementierten Lösungen und Prozesse
  • Management externer Dienstleister/Kunden und Koordination interner Schnittstellen
  • Leitung, Steuerung und technische Unterstützung der Expertengruppe Application Manager
