Verantwortung für Softwarekomponenten in den Betriebsumgebungen der Kunden
Installation, technischer Support und Konfiguration der Softwareprodukte
Selbstständige Analyse von Supportanfragen und Änderungswünschen unterschiedlicher Dringlichkeit und Komplexität
Wartung von Softwareprodukt-Releases
Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produkte und Prozesse zusammen mit den Prozesseigentümern
Enger Austausch mit Service Managern, Softwareentwicklern und Projektmanagern
Sicherstellung der vereinbarten SLAs für mehrere Systemlandschaften
Dokumentation der implementierten Lösungen und Prozesse
Management externer Dienstleister/Kunden und Koordination interner Schnittstellen
Leitung, Steuerung und technische Unterstützung der Expertengruppe Application Manager
