Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with an MS degree or MBA preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing business systems, enterprise applications, or IT operations is required. Extensive experience with Salesforce (CRM), Atlassian, financial platforms like Oracle NetSuite (ERP), WorkDay (HRIS), and Office 365 is essential. Expertise in Business Intelligence, specifically with Power BI and Workato, is crucial for delivering strategic insights and automating workflows. Proven expertise in developing strategic plans, driving change, and delivering measurable results is necessary. Experience in SaaS companies with data architectures built on cloud technologies such as AWS is required. Strong exposure to IT Service Management frameworks including ITIL, and experience managing incidents, problems, and changes is expected. Experience with SOX is required, with experience in SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and other frameworks strongly preferred. Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders up to the C-level is a must. Candidates must be experts in creating presentations for the most senior audiences and demonstrate strength in critical thinking and deep analytical skills to identify root causes and solutions. The ability to effectively influence and communicate is also required.
The Vice President of Enterprise Data and Applications will oversee the strategic direction of corporate business systems, including implementation, optimization, and consolidation. This role involves leading Data teams focused on Business Intelligence platforms and Data Platform teams that power the Model N Cloud. The VP will set strategic direction, align resources, solve complex issues, and identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology and automation. Establishing and enforcing data management policies, overseeing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, and driving the strategy, planning, and implementation of business intelligence and data analytics are key duties. The role also involves tracking progress, elevating issues, driving accountability, and acting as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and leading large-scale consolidation projects is expected.
