Candidates must possess an Associate degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret information, and communicate it appropriately are required, along with the ability to use judgment within guidelines. A high degree of attention to detail and the capacity to identify the root cause of problems are essential. Demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume work with a high degree of accuracy is necessary. Exemplified outstanding written and verbal communication skills are crucial for building trust and fostering strong relationships. Work experience in Pending Change demonstrating analytical ability, business judgment, and independent decision-making is required. Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to independently set priorities, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple tasks are also necessary.
The Application Input Analyst will serve as an expert for Pending Change, processing field cases, policy corrections, and premium payments. They will independently handle applications requiring special attention, audit and correct errors, and resolve system-generated notices. The role involves processing referrals, responding to inquiries via phone and email, and maintaining high production and quality scores. Responsibilities also include taking ownership of work, accurately documenting case activity, proactively communicating with stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, the analyst will provide customer-focused service, anticipate customer needs, offer training support to network offices, and coach intermediate-level processors. Team responsibilities include working harmoniously with colleagues, contributing to team goals, supporting change management initiatives, and serving as a backup to team members.
