5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles
Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data modeling and ETL tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Airflow)
Proficiency with one or more BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Experience working with GTM teams and translating business questions into analytical solutions
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to make data approachable for non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Analyze customer operational data to surface insights on usage patterns, adoption trends, and engagement metrics
Partner with GTM teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to present data-driven stories that influence customer strategy and business outcomes
Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports and dashboards tailored for account managers to use in customer engagements
Own and maintain the company’s BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Build and maintain robust SQL-based data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and scalability
Design and implement analytics processes that support repeatability and consistency across teams
Serve as the analytics point of contact for GTM teams and customer account managers
Enable non-technical users through training, documentation, and simplified access to relevant data sources
Collaborate with data engineering to enhance our data warehouse and support new data ingestion needs
