Responsibilities

  • Build, perform, and communicate complex financial analysis to guide GTM strategy and resource allocation
  • Partner with Corporate Strategy and Revenue Operations to evaluate ROI on GTM initiatives
  • Support GTM capacity planning and resource optimization through predictive and prescriptive analytics
  • Cultivate strong partnerships within the CFO and GTM teams
  • Own month and quarter-end close activities, including headcount reconciliation, accrual validation, and variance analysis
  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances and deliver actionable recommendations to GTM and Finance leadership
  • Develop financial dashboards and executive-level reports to communicate GTM spend, performance, and key insights
  • Manage expense forecasting in Pigment and serve as the GTM Finance subject matter expert for the platform
  • Identify and drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, data integrity, and decision velocity
  • Document and create standard operating procedures for core GTM FP&A processes
