Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or have relevant experience, with at least one year in the CPG industry or related fields like sales, category management, market research, or analytics. Strong consultative client skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in managing complex client relationships are essential. A solid understanding of the data analytics industry, business models, products, services, and solutions is required. Experience in a SaaS environment, with SQL, Python, or other coding languages, and with CPG/FMCG data sources and datasets are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Analyst, Retail Collaboration will build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts across collaboration programs, aiming to elevate client relationships and expand business engagement. They will train and consult clients on conducting analytics using NIQ tools and datasets, providing consultative support on best practices for leveraging customer and other analytical insights into CPG clients’ routines. This role requires skilled and polished communication to handle client issues swiftly and deliver continuous value, acting as the voice of the customer to align the product roadmap with client needs and support initiatives to grow client engagements.
