Candidates must possess at least 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience. Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions is required, along with experience integrating AI into work processes. Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, and partners is necessary. Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building, and the ability to actively listen to customer requirements are essential. A background in the Retail and Hospitality industry is a plus, as are Solution Consulting certifications. A strong preference is given to candidates in North Texas, and travel may be required.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will act as a technical and domain expert supporting client-facing sales teams and owning the technical strategy for accounts. Key activities include leading discovery workshops, delivering product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs, and answering technical questions from clients, partners, and colleagues. The role involves providing feedback to product management on enhancements, sharing best practices with other Solution Consultants, staying current on competitive analysis, and supporting marketing events.
