Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of direct experience in multiple programming languages including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for email development. Experience with email delivery platforms such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and proficiency in SQL for analyzing large datasets, performing selects, joins, troubleshooting data issues, and validating audience segmentation are required. The ideal candidate has a passion for using data and creativity to connect with customers, excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, and is comfortable learning new technologies and collaborating across disciplines.
The Analyst-CRM & Lifecycle Marketing will design, build, and sustain end-to-end marketing campaign flows from data selection to deployment using agile methodology. This includes performing SQL queries and analyzing large datasets to segment customers and troubleshoot data issues. The role involves translating technical details and data insights into compelling stories for non-technical partners, performing technical analysis, and contributing to direct channel communications. Responsibilities also include continuous innovation, monitoring the health of automated marketing campaigns, working with quality assurance partners for comprehensive testing, and prioritizing work based on campaign timelines.
