The Enterprise Architect will engage with customer executives to identify pain points and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. They will lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets customer needs, including IT Transformation and Digital Products/Services. The role involves understanding customer business strategy and articulating how ServiceNow enables value, integrating seamlessly into their technology landscape. Additionally, they will lead and participate in workshops, best practice overviews, and educational sessions, while also providing thought leadership and contributing to the creation of best practices and white papers.
